Job Description

Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services to existing and prospective clients.

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients to meet their needs.

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships.

Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Qualifications

At least 2-4 years of Strong Sales Experience (ideally BPO)

Money-driven

Can work with less supervision

Excellent communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional organizational skills.

Willing to work on graveyard shift.
