DescriptionAnalyze customer needs and provide solutions from Weathertech's product offerings in refrigeration and air conditioning.Generate new business and handle existing clients within the Construction & Engineering industry.Meet sales targets and report on progress to management.Cultivate strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and technical support.Stay updated on market trends and product innovations.RequirementsEducational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.Experience Level: 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and sales management skills, proficiency with social media platforms for sales purposes, sales training experience, adept in customer relationship management, compelling presentation abilities, adept at lead generation, meticulous attention to detail, collaborative teamwork spirit, proficiency in outside sales, and exceptional communication skills.Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and execute sales strategies, maintain customer relations, conduct sales presentations, generate and follow up on leads, achieve sales targets, provide training and support to the sales team, and report on sales activity.Working Conditions: Office setting with outside sales as required.
