POSITION SUMMARY
Your role is to proactively deliver the Ford Guest Experience process at an exceptional level to all Guests that come into contact with the Dealership's sales department, specifically to get to know the guest, help the guest learn about Ford, helping the guest become a Ford owner, and maintaining a lifetime relationship with the guest.

TASKS:
Key Objective
· Deliver a smooth and engaging experience to all guests throughout the Sales journey
· Deliver a consistent, flawless, and sustained execution of every aspect of the prescribed Ford Guest Experience Sales experience processes • · Maximize all Ford Guest Experience sales metrics, particularly lead management, conversion, and sales volume
· Monitor all guest experience KPI metrics and guest feedback channels, and work directly with the Sales Team Leader to improve your performance improvement initiatives
· Ensure that you and the Dealership achieve its sales, gross, and profit objectives.
Operational Excellence
· Treat every guest as a special guest.
· Ensure that you deliver your role and functions at an exceptional level, with special emphasis on creating the same high standards of guest experience that is part of the Ford Guest Experience Program:
· Welcoming the Guest like a Special friend
· Understanding Guest's requirements
· Assisting the Guest to Learn about Ford
· Helping the Guest become a Ford Owner
· Prepare for the Guest's Big Day
· Managing the Guest's Big Day
· Maintaining lifetime relationships with the Guests
· Ensure that you and the Dealership achieves its sales, gross, and profit objectives, as measured via the Ford Guest Experience KPI reports
· Ensure that you and the Dealership achieves its sales volume via maximizing your conversion ratios and prospecting activities, as measured via the Ford Guest Experience KPI reports
· Ensure your continuous improvement in the Ford Guest Experience, as measured through sales experience index, CVP/CEI, and any other applicable metrics
· Constantly review and analyze your CVP and experience index metrics, aligning the data with the applicable phases in the Ford Guest Experience Sales process. Accordingly, work directly with the Guest Experience Manager to optimize and refine the process performance and your behaviors and skills
· Ensure that you participate in continuous dealership training programs in the following ways…
· Participation in all Ford Academy programs, as applicable
· Internal dealership training (Internal trainer-led, or by Department Managers)
· Full utilization of the STARS as the dealership's training database
· Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Other Functions and Duties:
· Participate in the dealership's sales management process, including the morning meeting based upon the KPI's and Sales Management Reports available from the Ford Guest Experience program.
· Work with your Leadership team in the process of helping the guest become a Ford owner.
· Be a part of the dealership's continuous 5S program (shared responsibility with senior management team)
· Create a lifetime engaging relationship with every guest
· Ensure your sustained delivery of the Ford signature moments

Professional:
· Bachelor degree preferred but not required
