Sales Associates serve as the first point of contact between a company and its customers. Usually, they have an in-depth understanding of the company's products, services and policies which helps develop a trusting relationship with customers. • Can handle work under pressure.
• Proven work experience in a retail sales role
• Knowledge of customer service and sales
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Proficiency in handling cash registers and point of sales transactions
• Ability to achieve sales quota
