The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with prospects. A major key is excellent English, both verbal and written.JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SALES CALLER/OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVEResponsibilities as a Sales Caller/Outbound Sales Representative:• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or lists.• Identify and qualify sales leads based on company criteria.• Set up appointments or meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.• Present and promote company products/services effectively to potential clients.• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.• Follow up on leads and prospects to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and goals.• Provide feedback to management on lead quality, customer responses, and market trends.Qualifications as a Sales Caller/Outbound Sales Representative:• Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.• Bubbly personality with a happy-go-lucky attitude.• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-pressure environment.• Friendly, talkative, and able to carry a conversation, even when the other person cannot.• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.• Not easily frustrated, maintains a "never quit" attitude, and isn't afraid to be pushy when needed to close sales.• Honest, trustworthy, and works well both independently and as part of a team.• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.Your love for Boomering will jump-start with these meaningful engagement activities and perks.
