We are URGENTLY looking for a Sales Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including social media, online research, and networking.
- Use Salesforce to manage lead data, track interactions, and report on lead generation metrics.
- Create and update sales documents using MS Word and Adobe PDF.
- Utilize Meta (Facebook) for targeted ad campaigns to attract new leads and enhance brand visibility
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion and customer engagement.
- Maintain an organized and updated database to ensure efficient follow-up on leads.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to the sales management team to improve lead generation strategies and processes.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other initiatives to improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF for creating and managing sales documentation.
- Experience with Meta advertising and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking leads and sales activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
