Sales Associate - Sm Butuan

Responsible for performing direct selling through knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and efficient customer service.**Key Accountabilities****1. **Daily Operations**- Consistently follow and abide by the company's established policies and procedures.- Attend and assist customers in the selection and choice of merchandise style, color or size.- Direct the customers to the nearest counter for payment of the merchandise.- Replenish stocks on display and ensure availability of stocks in the selling area.- Arrange display of stocks.**2. **Customer Engagement**- Ensure high levels of customers' satisfaction through excellent service.- Acknowledge the presence of customers, listen and pay attention to their needs.- Attend to customer complaints with eagerness and understanding.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Must be a graduate of any 4 year course (with or without experience)- with experience in sales & customer assistance, if College level- Must have good communication skills- Amenable to work in Our Home SM Butuan- Can start ASAP.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php350.00 per day**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Employee discount- Health insurance- Paid trainingSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English, Tagalog (preferred)
