It's essential for us to embody the core of our brand name BillEase, a combination of "bill" and "ease," pronounced bilis, which means speed or swiftness in Filipino.The JobPlan and execute daily activities related to loan products at assigned retail store(s) or malls.Promote all loan products to potential and existing customers within the retail store(s) or malls.Assist and facilitate BillEase customer loan applications and sign upsSafeguard all company assets issued within the scope of responsibility.Cultivate positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Ensure that marketing collateral is readily available and highly visible at the assigned retail store(s).Strive to meet or exceed monthly targets related to loan product sales.Provide exceptional customer service at all stages of the customer application process.Proactively ask customers for referrals as part of the sales process.Identify opportunities to cross-sell other products to customers.Engage in company-provided training sessions and utilize available literature to stay informed about all product offerings.The Ideal Candidate profileMust HaveYou live in Bataan areaWith at least 12 months of experience in sales or customer service, Strong interpersonal and communication skills.You are a confident personFresh graduates are encouraged to apply
