Sales Associate

Sales Associates are usually the first point of contact for customers.
They must be pleasant, friendly, and communicative with customers as they need to listen and assist customers with their needs, explain products and availability, and make saleses.
Responsibilities
1.
Greet customers as they enter the store.
2.
Answer customer questions and assist with requests.
3.
Execute purchases and returns at the cash register while checking for accuracy.
4.
Restock and organize merchandise on the sales floor.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
