1. Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.

2. Achieving established goals.

3. Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.

4. Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.

5. Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

1. At least College Graduate.

2. A professional appearance.

3. Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

4. The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

5. The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
