Our brand is currently looking for a Sales Associate who is highly motivated and self-driven to join our auto sales team and make a difference, have fun and earn.
\n What you'll do:Achieve high sales output by promoting the products and strengthening the relationship of new and existing clientsStay updated with new features and product launchesEnsure that customers understand the vehicle's operating features, paperwork and warrantyAssist client in completing sales or purchase contracts; explain provisions; services and financing; payment and delivery of vehicleAcquire more clients by keeping good rapport with previous and new clientsSuggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve client experienceExplore new opportunities in order to add value to job accomplishmentsEstablish and maintain follow-up system, which encourages repeat business cum referralsReport to the sales manager regarding reviews, analyses , objectives, and planned activitiesParticipate in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturersReview sales statistics and plan more effectively to improve sales What you'll need:Preferably with experience in admin/operations, sales, supplier relations management, and/or client managementAt least 2-3 years of experience in auto / car salesKnowledge of insurance sales management is a plus.Willing to work in Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) What we seek:Negotiation and presentation skillsHands on experience on client serviceUnderstanding of sales performance statisticsGood communication skillsKnowledge of coming up with reports including systems and tools
