Sales Associate

Job Description:

They are the front liners in the store, which makes their role in the retail business very crucial.
They are expected to provide excellent customer service and convert it into sales.
Their job will be a lot easier if they will adhere in doing things right for the first time, all the time.
Duties and Responsibilities:

1.
They have to be well versed on product specifications, creative selling and quality customer service.
They have to be dressed
appropriately and presentable at all times (in complete uniform and with name plates).
2.
They should learn to maintain an appropriate quantity of the item on display.
3.
They should learn to refill displays regularly preferably in the morning, before the store closes or upon customer's purchase of item.
4.
They should learn to keep shelves and displays free from dirt and dust.
5.
They have to change displays as instructed to maintain a "new look" for the store.
6.
They have to fix displays during the day.
7.
Does messengerial work if necessary like submitting some documents to head office.
8.
They have to act as guard in monitoring the items.
9.
They have to be observant of customer feedbacks on new products, promo materials and ads/releases and report them to the store
OIC who then submits a report to Store Management (SM).
10.
Other duties and responsibilities that will be assigned from time to time.
