Sales Associate

We are a SaaS Company that inspects and tracks life safety devices, HVAC, CCTV, etc.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1.
Identify and search for leads of potential clients

2.
Creates promotional and sales materials

3.
Cultivates strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships

4.
Monitoring customer satisfaction levels

5.
Addressing any client queries in a timely and professional manner

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree holder
- Excellent in Oral & Written communication Skills
- Knowledgeable with CRM
- Internet Savvy
- Advanced in MS Offices tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detailed-oriented
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated individual
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to offer excellent customer service
- Operational & Administrative Skills
- Can work with mínimal supervision
