Job Description
As a Sales Associate , you will play a pivotal role within the Residential & Commercial Sales team of our client, REA Group. Working closely with a cross-functional group of professionals representing product, IT, sales, and marketing, you will be an essential driving force behind realestate.com.au and realcommercial.com.au. Your responsibilities will encompass providing invaluable sales support to the National Residential and Commercial sales team, offering general admin support to customers, managing a centralized inbox of incoming requests, and delivering proactive, personalized service to specific Account Partners.

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Day shift (Mon - Fri; 7AM - 4PM)
Work setup: Onsite, Makati (can work hybrid after 3 months)

Someone who can exude a quiet confidence in their skills and ability to get stuff done
Someone who is very process-driven and has impeccable attention to detail
Operate in a way that is proactive and solutions-driven
Pull data for reports, analyzing and creating beneficial insights
Understand general sales processes and procedures
Effectively use Microsoft Office programs (Excel, if you were a PowerPoint pro, this would be ace)
Exposure to Tableau, Zendesk & Salesforce would be very beneficial
Demonstrate having worked in a complex environment before (not necessary but would stand you out)

Offer general admin support to our customers.
Assist and provide direct admin support to our customers.
Manage a centralized inbox of incoming requests.
Deliver proactive partnered service to specific Account Partners.
Manage bookings for display products.
Provide ROI to sales and customers.
Utilize Excel daily for reporting and data analysis.
Manage regular and ad hoc reports for the sales team.
Collaborate on team projects/initiatives to deliver process efficiencies and operational excellence.
Assist in delivering Purple Cow moments to our customer base.
Manage local event management and provide assistance in national events.
