JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-The primary task of the sales agent is to assist the customer during the loan onboarding
process for UNO's newest loan product. Responsibilities of the role includes:
Answering customer queries regarding the loan productAssisting the customer in downloading and using the UNO Mobile applicationEnsuring that eligibility requirements are checked and met by the customerEnsuring that the customer's identification card is valid, authentic, and
acceptable to the bank's requirements
- Collecting and recording all relevant information of the customer accurately in the
UNObank App with utmost confidentiality and in accordance with data privacy
laws and regulations
Upselling / promoting uno loan productsPresent, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing
and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsReach out to customer leads through cold callingAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,
competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS With pleasing personalityGood oral and written communication skillsAt least college graduate of any courseAt least 1 year experience in onboarding point-of-sales (POS) loansHas previously worked with Home CreditMust have a smart phone (android) that can be used to download the UNO agent
app for the customer onboarding*
