Sales Associate (For A Shipyard Client In Navotas)

Responsibilities: Prospect for clients.Visit potential clients, understand their needs, and offer a service that matches their needs.Prepare and deliver technical presentations on the shipyards services.Negotiate and close sales by agreeing to terms and conditions.Inspect and acquire job orders from vessels that are due for dry docking.Coordinate with operations in estimating dry docking and undocking schedules.Prepare estimates and budgets, send quotations, terms, and agreements, and finalize terms of payment.Obtain documents for credit investigation and account creation.Coordinate with clients regarding their concerns before the vessels arrival and docking.Schedule arrival meetings.Create technical reports for customers and complete regulatory documents concerning safety issues.Negotiate tender and contract terms and seek approval for discounts from the sales manager.Promote teamwork.Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing / Engineering or equivalent.Proven working experience in sales preferably in shipyard industries.Advanced MS Office skillMust be friendly, helpful, and confident and have an engaging personality.Must have strong verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
