Requirements:• Successful completion of a 4-year degree program is mandatory.• Previous experience in marketing and sales within the financial or banking industry is a prerequisite.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.• The candidate must possess organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, strong public relations abilities, and the ability to handle pressure.• Desirable qualities include flexibility and effective articulation.• Willingness to engage in field work is a requirement.Responsibilities:• The incumbent will be responsible for establishing or terminating affiliations with new-to-bank (NTB) merchants for P2M/e-wallet and/or new product expansion within the assigned area.• They will provide assistance to the division and actively participate in company promotions and projects.• Conducting searches and evaluations to identify potential merchants in the area and creating a portfolio of prospects will be part of the job.• The associate will regularly visit assigned merchants to promptly address their immediate needs and concerns.• They will review actual billings against targets and prepare weekly and monthly analysis reports to be submitted to the division and group head.• Recommending and executing the termination of merchant affiliations based on various criteria, such as non-billers, failure to meet billing requirements, instances of fraud, or as recommended by CCAP (Customer Complaints Action Panel).Benefits:• The specific details regarding the salary offer will be communicated directly with the client.
