Sales Associate - Cebu (Bank/Finance Experience Needed)

TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently looking to hire two Bank Sales Associates in Cebu who will specialize in extending credit to small-scale merchants. The expected start date for these positions is in May or June 2024. Details regarding salary and benefits will be discussed during the interview process. To qualify for the position, applicants should have a bachelor's degree in any field, along with 1-2 years of experience in banking or financial roles, preferably with a sales focus. Excellent English communication skills are required, and having a background in Relationship and Account Management is advantageous. Familiarity with acquiring practices and exposure to the banking or finance industry are also desirable qualifications.

As a Bank Sales Associate, responsibilities will include managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for new merchants, addressing the specific requirements of assigned merchants, supporting company promotions and initiatives, evaluating potential merchant partnerships, conducting regular visits to ensure merchant satisfaction, and reviewing billing performance and submitting analysis reports.
