Job Summary:This position is responsible for supporting the Business Development and Sales team in delivering their assigned sales targets. While supporting the team, you will need to ensure internal process and regulatory requirements are adhered to, as well as maintain a good working relationship across teams. This role involves prospecting, lead generation, sales presentations, negotiations, and closing sales. The Sales Associate will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to drive business growth in the real estate market.Key Responsibilities: •Sales Strategy and ExecutionoImplement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targetsoEnsures business growth by prospecting for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients oQualify leads and manage the market pipelineoSchedule meetings, product demos, and presentationoCollaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts oExecute the sales process in full including (but not limited to) hosting discover calls, arranging agreements, and instructing other business unitsoIdentify and address any potential roadblocks in the sales process and develop solutions to fix the identified issue•E-commerceoExecute online sales strategies across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest).oEngage with customers through social media, responding to inquiries, and providing product information.oCollaborate with the business development and marketing teams to design promotional campaigns, including sales events, contests, or giveaways.oMonitor trends in social media, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.•Client Engagement & Relationship BuildingoEnsure exceptional customer service by engaging with key clients and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, budget constraints and address inquiries and concerns promptlyoSchedule and conduct client meetings following a proven sales processoFollow up on leads and meetings to advance the sales processoBuild and maintain relationships with clients, and other industry professionals and partners to generate referrals and repeat business•CollaborationoWork closely with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, and compliance) to align strategies and achieve business goalsoProvide regular feedback and insights to improve product offerings and customer experience•Team and People ManagementoLead and manage a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment.oSet performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.oSupervise and coordinate the work of support staffoAssign tasks and prioritize workload dailyoDevelop training programs to enhance team skills oResolve employee conflicts and address workforce concernsoEnsure all staff adhere to company policies and proceduresoCoordinate team meetings and communication to ensure alignment on goalsoCollaborate with upper management to align departmental goals with company objectivesoMonitor team performance metrics and implement improvements as neededoReport any issues to management and suggest improvements•Reporting and AnalysisoGenerate, track and provide regular reports and updates on sales performance metrics such as sales revenue, number of closed deals, client acquisition rates, and meeting or exceeding sales targetsoUse data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement and implement corrective actionoMaintain and prepare master list with accurate existing client and prospect information, profile and activities•Other DutiesoStay informed of regulatory changes and Real Estate industry best practicesoAccomplish and ensure successful completion of related tasks as needed and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisorQualifications:•EducationoBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance or related field •ExperienceoExperience within the Real Estate industry is a plus o4 years+ of experience in sales or related role oStrong understanding of Real Estate market dynamics, trends, products and servicesoProven experience in B2B and B2C sales or account management and knowledgeable of the sales process•SkillsoAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationoStrong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to close dealsoHighly motivated and results-oriented specially in achieving sales and revenue targetsoAble to work independently as well as part of the teamoStrong attention to detail and accuracyoExcellent organizational and time management skillsoProficiency in MS Office and other software and tools oFast learner, ability to quickly learn new systems and toolsoFlexible, able to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environmentWorking Conditions:•Candidate shall report to Eastwood office from Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM or total hour equivalent thereof regardless of existing and specially declared holidays. Rest days are scheduled on weekends; however, due to the nature of business, management may have the prerogative to require you to work on the schedule as maybe needed by the operations. •May require occasional overtime during peak periods or for specific projects.
