Position: Sales Assistant
Industry: Trading Company
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Weekends Off (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
Salary: Php 15,000 - Php 20,000
Work Set-up: Work On Site

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree holder
Open for fresh graduates.
Amenable to work on site

Responsibilities:
Monitor the Sales Officers' and Managers' applications for trip authorization.
handle the hotel reservations made by guests, managers, and sales agents.
Carpool arrangements and conference room booking.
assist visitors of the managers and sales officers.
Provide data encoding, picture filing support, and other relevant services.
Fill up the system with data on sales, purchases, cost of sales, and commission.
Organize papers for the department.
Responsible for maintaining records and keeping an eye on shipments, collections, bills, and overdues.
Compile sales records
respond to auditors' inquiries.
help the organization receive and process orders from customers or clients.
Communicate with clients or business partners on document processing, payments, and other business-related matters.
