The Sales Assistant Manager oversees achieving the organization's sales targets. This position demands a combination of leadership, coordination, and hands-on experience in all aspects of the sales process. The ideal applicant manages and coordinates the sales team's operations to reach the company's sales targets. This position comprises aiding the Business Development Sr. Asst. Manager and Marketing Department Head in leading and mentoring the sales team, as well as ensuring the implementation of efficient sales programs.Duties and Responsibilities:•Team Leadership:oProvide leadership and guidance to the sales team.oMotivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets.oConduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.oCollaborate with the Marketing Department Head in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members.• •Sales Strategy:oAssist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.oAnalyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.oCollaborate with the sales manager to establish sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).•Client Relationship Management:oBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.oWork closely with the sales team to ensure exceptional customer service.oAddress customer concerns and inquiries, striving to enhance overall client satisfaction.•Sales Performance Analysis:oMonitor and analyze sales performance metrics.oGenerate regular reports on sales results, forecasting, and pipeline management.oIdentify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.•Collaboration and Communication:oFoster collaboration with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support.oCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to sales goals.•Sales Training and Development:oConduct ongoing training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.oKeep the team informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes.•Budget Management:oCollaborate with the Marketing Department Head to develop and manage the sales budget.oEnsure efficient use of resources to achieve sales objectives.QUALIFICATIONS:•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.•Proven experience of 5 years and above in sales management or a similar role.•Strong leadership and team management skills.•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.•Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data.•Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
