The Sales Assistant Manager oversees achieving the organization's sales targets. This position demands a combination of leadership, coordination, and hands-on experience in all aspects of the sales process. He/She collaborates with team members to develop sales methods and foster effective communication, all of which improve overall team performance. The ideal applicant manages and coordinates the sales team's operations to reach the company's sales targets. This position comprises aiding the Business Development Sr. Asst. Manager and Marketing Department Head in leading and mentoring the sales team, as well as ensuring the implementation of efficient sales programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership:
o Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team.
o Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets.
o Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.
o Collaborate with the Marketing Department Head in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members.

• Sales Strategy:
o Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
o Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
o Collaborate with the sales manager to establish sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
o Work closely with the sales team to ensure exceptional customer service.
o Address customer concerns and inquiries, striving to enhance overall client satisfaction.
• Sales Performance Analysis:
o Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
o Generate regular reports on sales results, forecasting, and pipeline management.
o Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaboration and Communication:
o Foster collaboration with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support.
o Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to sales goals.
• Sales Training and Development:

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 5 years and above in sales management or a similar role.
