Sales Assistant Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

• Creates AC/R and DG marketing programs, and digital and print marketing content.
• Collaborate with Sales and Corporate Marketing to develop new sales channels and services.
• Prepares market research and analyzes market data, market trends, forces, and competitive niches.
• Conducts surveys to assist in the formulation of market positioning and execution of strategy; determines the market size, segmentation, and trends including competitor's activities.
• Manages the AC/R and DG marketing analysis and makes recommendations for programs to increase product and service revenue.
• Coordinates market research, market analysis, and creation of marketing materials with Corporate Marketing.
• Develops, Implements, and manages comprehensive AC/R and DG strategic marketing plans to secure new customers; retains partner customers which includes dealers, and expands market share.
• Supports and assists the Department Head on AC/R and DG planning and activities.
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.


Qualifications:

• Graduate of BSBA major in Marketing
• Preferably with managerial or significant and in-depth supervisory experience in Marketing and Sales or experience from competitors
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Publisher / Pagemaker / Photoshop / Any multimedia arts
• Must be proficient both in written and oral communication
• With at least a non-professional driver's license
