• Creates AC/R and DG marketing programs, and digital and print marketing content.• Collaborate with Sales and Corporate Marketing to develop new sales channels and services.• Prepare market research and analyze market data, trends, forces, and competitive niches.• Conducts surveys to assist in the formulation of market positioning and execution of strategy; determines the market size, segmentation, and trends including competitor's activities.• Manages the AC/R and DG marketing analysis and recommends programs to increase product and service revenue.• Coordinates market research, market analysis, and creation of marketing materials with Corporate Marketing.• Develops, Implements, and manages comprehensive AC/R and DG strategic marketing plans to secure new customers; retains partner customers, including dealers, and expands market share.• Supports and assists the Department Head on AC/R and DG planning and activities.• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.Cebu Office (5-day workweek) Mon-Fri 8 AM to 5 PM• Graduate of BSBA major in Marketing• Preferably with managerial or significant and in-depth supervisory experience in Marketing and Sales or experience from competitors• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Publisher / Pagemaker / Photoshop / Any multimedia arts• Must be proficient both in written and oral communication• With at least a non-professional driver's license
