As a Sales Assistant (Loans) , you will provide back-end sales support by coordinating with Operations to efficiently implement lease/loan facilities, report generation, and booking processes.
How you'll contribute Prepare and endorse document requirements, checklists, and related reports (Credit, NFIS, AMLA, etc.) to Operations to initiate booking and processing of loans. Update pipeline accounts database to monitor client bookings and requirements regularly. Ensure completeness of client documentary requirements by coordinating with the client, sales officer, or referring unit/channel/referrer to initiate booking and credit check. Ensure on-time booking by closely coordinating with the Credit and Documentation officer, SBC Credit, LOSD, and Fincon to monitor the process and account progress. What we're looking for Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking With knowledge or relevant experience in office administration, record-keeping, basic credit/loans processing, file management, document screening, and/or report generation Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with different departments for information and follow-up Organized, keen on details, and able to check for discrepancies Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
