Sales Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and energetic sales assistant to greet clients, answer any queries and assist with finding the requested stock. The sales assistant is also responsible for documentation, filing and update database for client orders.

To be successful as a sales assistant you must have excellent customer service skills. A good sales assistant remains calm when dealing with difficult clients and elevates complaints to the manager where needed.

Job Descriptions: Assist Sales Supervisor for all house accounts and other documentationFocus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealersSend catalogs and actual samples for new itemsCoordinate with Sales Operations with regards to documents needed for the clientSubmit orders by referring to the price list and product codeRecommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitiveAttend to customer's needs and concern with regards to the products that we sellIn-Charge in checking Showroom display if it's complete and neatly displayedAssist Sales Supervisor with client queries and answer phone callsResolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solution, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management Obtain order and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors Qualifications: Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalentMust have work experience as Sales Assistant or any related roleMust know how to propose appropriate products to the client and its marketAble to work on their own initiative and adaptableExperience in wholesale or retail industry would be an advantageWilling to work at Pasay CityFresh graduate are welcome to apply
