Sales Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and energetic sales assistant to greet clients, answer any queries and assist with finding the requested stock. The sales assistant is also responsible for documentation, filing and update database for client orders.

To be successful as a sales assistant you must have excellent customer service skills. A good sales assistant remains calm when dealing with difficult clients and elevates complaints to the manager where needed.

Job Descriptions:

- Assist Sales Supervisor for all house accounts and other documentation
- Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
- Send catalogs and actual samples for new items
- Coordinate with Sales Operations with regards to documents needed for the client
- Submit orders by referring to the price list and product code
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive
- Attend to customer's needs and concern with regards to the products that we sell
- In-Charge in checking Showroom display if it's complete and neatly displayed
- Assist Sales Supervisor with client queries and answer phone calls
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solution, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management Obtain order and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent
- Must have work experience as Sales Assistant or any related role
- Must know how to propose appropriate products to the client and its market
- Able to work on their own initiative and adaptable
- Experience in wholesale or retail industry would be an advantage
- Willing to work at Pasay City
