Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business course
- Must have a good communication skills

Responsibilities:
- With at least 1 year of experience as Sales Assistant
- Prepares the Sales Order on the basis of the request for Sales Order from the account executives.
- Facilitates approval of the Job Order by the VP for Finance.
(Attaches the quotation and PO/confirmation of order to the master JO).
- Manages the Sales Order System by providing pertinent details (e.g.
correct P.O.
Number) and efficiently encodes revisions as necessary.
