Sales And Reservations Associate

Attends phone inquiries as well as walk-ins in the absence of the Sales Manager- Sends corporate and contracted rates as instructed by Sales Manager & Reservation Manager- Sends and follow-up group proposals and packages- Processes bookings of accounts from sending confirmation to SOA/invoices- Monitors option dates and follow-ups payment and tentative reservations- Source out possible suppliers of different activities in the island depending on the needs of the group/inquiries- Maintains and regularly updates the account files or database- Does joint calls as needed**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)
