Work Shift: Monday to Friday (Needs to be flexible on shifts)
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Admin to join our growing team. The Sales Admin will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining client relationships, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales and marketing operations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales and Recruitment:
Handle sales contracts, service proposals with accurate calculations or quotes, authority to recruit forms, and sample profiles, ensuring they are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Sourcing, screening, and recruiting potential candidates for internal and client job vacancies, with a monthly target of closing at least three (3) positions.
Collaborating with program heads and project coordinators for university partnerships and organization for possible collaboration and partnership.
Calendar and Candidate Management:
Responsible for scheduling, booking and assisting interviews via Gmeet/Zoom and client meetings or discovery calls.
Wll also be responsible for reaching out to the candidates via email, phone call and other online communication platforms regarding their application updates, interview scheduling, offer, character reference, equipment checking and scheduling of onboarding, etc.
Sales and Marketing Data Management:
Maintain and update the sales trackers with accurate client information, sales activities, and follow-up tasks.responsible for organizing and managing sales documents, contracts, and agreements.
Compiling and curating regular reports and analyses for the sales, marketing, and recruitment teams to ensure we meet our targets.
Coordination:
Liaise between sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Social Media Management:
Increasing our social media followers by 30% per quarter across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok for better brand awareness and conversion.
Conducting detailed SWOT and comparison analyses to guide content curation for our social media platforms.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales administration and increase efficiency.
Creating process documentation for task workflows within recruitment, marketing, and sales operations.
Other Tasks:
Managing any ad hoc query from executives, hiring managers, sales managers and candidates.
Do other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director but not limited to assisting in payroll-related tasks and communicating with the 3rd party accounting firm.
Assists in any admin related tasks for Digital Marketing Department
QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience of 2-3 years related experience, preferably in a corporate setting.Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal teams, and clients.Proficiency in Facebook Meta, Instagram, Tiktok, Linkedin, Zoom and Google Suite.Flexibility to work evenings as required by the business needs.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
