Sales And Marketing Officer - Light Tv Radio

Light TV Radio, a leading voice in Christian media, seeks a dynamic Sales & Marketing

Officer to join our growing team. This multifaceted role combines your sales prowess

with marketing creativity, allowing you to connect with Christian brands, spread the word

about Light TV Radio, and ultimately expand our reach.

Responsibilities:

Sales:

-Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients in the
Christian business community.

-Prospect and qualify leads, identifying businesses seeking a faith-based
audience.

-Craft compelling sales presentations highlighting the benefits of advertising on
Light TV Radio.

-Negotiate and close advertising contracts, securing mutually beneficial
partnerships.

-Manage assigned accounts, providing exceptional customer service and
exceeding client expectations.

-Track and report on sales performance, meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
Marketing:

-Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and
attract new advertisers.

-Create engaging content (social media posts, website copy, email campaigns)
that promotes Light TV Radio's programming and values.

-Manage Light TV Radio's presence on various marketing platforms (social media,
website).

-Analyze marketing campaign data and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Collaborate with the programming team to identify potential sponsorship
opportunities.

Qualifications:

-Preferably Christian.

-Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in media or
broadcasting.

-Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving marketing goals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the Christian media landscape and its target audience.
Ability to build strong relationships, navigate client needs, and develop creative
solutions.

-Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and marketing tools (social
media management platforms, email marketing software).

-A passion for the Christian faith and a desire to support businesses that share
our values.
