Sales And Marketing Officer

* Develop and execute Sales and Marketing Strategy
* Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resource to create and execute winning solution sales strategies
* Work through leads to Sales on CRM
* Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system
* Give presentations, product demos and general support to prospective customers.
* Enhance the company's branding by increasing visibility, awareness and engagement in Var ious online platforms and/or offline channels
* Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
* Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.
* Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.
* Works with Customer Success (Implementation and Support) team to ensure Client Satisfac tion

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum of 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS sales
* Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Outgoing, highly-motivated, aggressive, ambitious and competitive
* IT and HR background is a plus

SALARY RANGE: PHP. 25, 000 - 35, 000
