POSITION OVERVIEW: Seasoned Sales and Marketing Manager, who is effective in generating sales and managing marketing, corporate social responsibility, partnership team and salesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.Set performance targets for sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Sales Management: Oversee the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.Develop and implement sales strategies, including customer acquisition and retention initiatives.Manage key customer relationships and negotiate major contracts.Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.Marketing Management: Lead the marketing team in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.Oversee the production of marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and promotional items.Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure brand consistency and effective campaign delivery.Collaboration and Coordination: Foster a collaborative environment between the sales and marketing teams to ensure integrated strategies and communications.Work closely with product development to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with product offerings.Liaise with senior management to provide updates on sales and marketing performance and strategic initiatives.Performance Analysis: Analyze sales and marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Ideal Profile Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperienced in an interface with UK clients.Demonstrates iCHARGE value - Integrity, Care, Have Fun, Accountable, Respect, Growth and ExcellentHas 5+ years of experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager Has an understanding of Accounting principles.Proven experience in a combined sales and marketing role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and MS Office.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in both sales and marketing.What's on Offer?
