QUALIFICATIONS    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or other related programAt least 5 years of sales and marketing experience in construction supply, building materials supply or related industryHas experience in supervising / managing peopleCan do marketing, client acquisition and business development (B2B and B2C)Amenable to full onsite work in Boni, MandaluyongWilling to work on Monday to Saturday schedule (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)RESPONSIBILITIESPlan, organize, and direct sales activities to hit the sales objectivesEnsure achievement of monthly and annual sales targetSpearhead sales and marketing efforts and conceptualize strategies to meet the revenue target and customer satisfactionCreate plans and strategies based on industry trendsDevelop and present proposals of company products, particularly for key accountsEstablish personal contact with key customers and oversee large accountsGenerate new leads and grow existing accounts by making cold calls, visiting clients, networking, and attending industry events, among othersConstruct and maintain the sales databaseReport sales activity and revenue forecast
