Job descriptionSUMMARY:Responsible for driving sales and growing the business. Attracts clients and builds solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities.QUALIFICATIONS1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.2. At least 1 year relevant work experience in Sales & Mktg. or similar field preferred.3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Provide assistance to the Sales & Mktg. Head to develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.3. Arrange business meetings with prospective and existing clients.4. Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.5. Collate and maintaining client information in the database.6. Assist the Sales & Mktg. team in developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.7. Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.8. Provide responses to customer inquiries in a professional manner.9. Provide daily support of business operations to customers.10.
