Ensure and sustain annual sales growth using a variety of corporate and project-based marketing efforts.
Ensure and sustain market exposure and presence of the Developer's brand equity by efficiently offering creative, quality, and cost-effective marketing through various forms of medium such as print, out-of-home advertising, radio, television, digital, and marketing events and activities.
Function as the brand champion, concentrating on initiatives addressing brand positioning or direction while setting Brand Equity standards.
Develop more salespeople, whether in-house, brokers, or independents, to ensure a stable, resilient, and competitive sales force.
Ensure real estate industry awareness and up-to-date information on competition at local, regional, and national levels, including features such as sales and marketing best practices or good learning tactics.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any courses.
Experience:
Must have at least 5 or more years' experience in Sales.
Familiarity with the Western Visayas Territory is an advantage.
Experience in the Property Development/ Real Estate Industry is an advantage.
Knowledge in fieldwork (market audit & area work to sales officers).
Knowledge in selling, credit, pricing, customer service, promotions & advertising, prospecting, sales territorial management, market intelligence, market condition, and sales activity reports.
