Sales And Marketing Head - Real Estate

A client, a real estate developer with office in Mandaluyong City, is in need of an Sales & Marketing Head with the following qualifications:

-Must be a college graduate
-Must have had a minimum of 7 to 10 years of sales and marketing experience gained in any real estate developer company
-Must have experience in sales and marketing strategy formulation, execution and monitoring
-Can effectively collaborate with project teams and build rapport with stakeholders and partners
-Can initially work as an individual contributor and eventually develop his own team
-Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong and frequently travel to the different project sites nationwide
