Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a prime hospital in Negros. Our respected client is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance the hospital's brand reputation. This position plays a critical role in attracting patients, physicians, and other stakeholders to the hospital, while also ensuring that marketing efforts align with the hospital's mission and values. This role will be reporting directly to the CEO and will be assigned in Negros Occidental.
Key Job Responsibilities include: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales and marketing initiatives with overall hospital goals and objectives.Lead the marketing team in creating compelling marketing campaigns, materials, and promotional activities to attract patients and physicians.Manage relationships with key stakeholders including referring physicians, community organizations, and healthcare networks to generate referrals and enhance brand visibility.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient demographics to identify opportunities for growth and development.Oversee the hospital's online presence including the website, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns to optimize visibility and engagement.Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data analysis and performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, operations, and clinical services to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing initiatives.Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Key Job Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, patient acquisition strategies, and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.Proficiency in data analysis and marketing analytics tools.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving organizational success
