Sales And Marketing Director

JOB SUMMARY: Sales and Marketing Director is responsible in overseeing the sales, budgets, and all programs related to marketing. He/She must review, recommend or approve budget, expenditures, and appropriations for campaigns and other projects. Establishes short and long term goals and quotas in line with corporate objectives.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field Must have a previous and proven managerial experience consistently meeting or exceeding targets Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proven ability to drive the sales and marketing process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertise Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Job Type: Full-time
