This role focuses on list management, data accuracy, CRM hygiene, and analysis, ensuring that sales and marketing teams can operate with optimal data and focus on revenue-generating activities. This role will streamline lead generation and data accuracy, empowering BDRs and marketers to focus on targeted outreach and relationship-building. By managing data quality and CRM hygiene, the Sales and Marketing Data Operations Specialist will reduce time spent on manual data management, enhance the precision of targeted outreach, and provide actionable insights to drive pipeline growth. Job Responsibilities BDR List SupportPull targeted prospect lists for the Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to enable more efficient appointment scheduling.Evaluate the impact of list support on BDR appointment-setting success and adjust strategies accordingly.List Cleaning and Quality ControlClean and validate lists before they're introduced to the CRM, ensuring accurate data for outreach and marketing efforts. Manage data from sources like content syndication, sponsored webinars, and other events to provide timely, accurate lists for BDRs and marketing. Targeted List DevelopmentDrill down from Total Addressable Market (TAM) to identify and create a more focused Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) list.Work closely with the marketing team to refine target audience profiles using key attributes like titles, revenue, and other segmentation criteria.Bounce-Bank ScrapingScrape and update contact information for outreach lists that have bounce-backs, reducing wasted outreach and improving data accuracy. Salesforce Data HygieneClean and manage duplicate contacts and accounts in Salesforce (SF) to ensure seamless data flow across sales and marketing activities. Large List ImportsManage and prepare large-scale cross-functional list imports, sometimes involving thousands of records, ensuring records are clean and formatted correctly before entering Salesforce.Do Not Contact (DNC) List ManagementMaintain and audit DNC lists monthly to ensure compliance and prevent outreach to restricted contacts. Data Analysis and ReportingSupport Salesforce reporting for marketing and BRDs and provide insights on pipeline trends. Conference SupportManage the import, cleaning, and preparation of post-conference outreach lists, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up for lead nurturing. Requirements This person will be a passionate, hard-working professional with proven analytical, problem solving, strong critical thinking, and technical skills, with ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.2+ years of experience in a data operations, sales operations, or marketing operations role.2+ years of advanced Excel usage including modeling required.
