Job Description**:
- Assisting Sales and Marketing Department or the assigned supervisor on all tasks related to Sales and Marketing.
- Reviewing and responding to customer inquiries on a daily basis and connecting customer inquiries to the Sales Executives.
- Enter customer information into the customer management system and maintain client records.
- Using social media marketing tools such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and WEB pages.
- Manually extracting data and creating documents by copying and pasting.
- Analyzing the success of every social media activity.
Draft measures to improve the Conversion rate in reference to various indicators.
- Staying Up-To-Date with the latest social media best practices and technologies, based on the analysis and measures above.
- Online Advertisement and KPI(Key Performance Indicator) management.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Conducting market research.
- Completing different government documents/requirements related to Sales and Marketing Activities.
- Assisting Agent sales
- Coordinate with Sales executives and other departments and answer inquiries from agents properly
- Cooperation with other internal departments
- Reporting
- Report necessary information to supervisors on a daily basis.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports to the management.
- Attending and cooperating to weekly and monthly meetings.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Other assigned tasks in connection to Sales and Marketing by the manager/employer

Qualifications**:
- Must
- At Least 2 years of Sales or Marketing or Clerical work Experience
- Graduate of a 4 year Bachelor degree related in Sales and Marketing preferably Business Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as word, excel and powerpoint
- Good English communication skills both in speaking and writing
- Customer-centered
- Multitasker
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined and can do the job with mínimal supervision

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
