Job Details: Work from homeMonday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM*Following US Holidays*Commission Structure TBD during the interview Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Nurturing: Identifying, nurturing, and working with potential leads through various means such as cold calling, texting, emailing, and utilizing various marketing platforms.Administrative Duties:Managing all administrative responsibilities related to lead generation, list management, and data entry.Transaction Management:Overseeing the transaction process from lead generation to closing, coordinating with multiple parties including home sellers, our company's management, closing attorneys, third-party buyers, and others involved in the process.Data Management:Conducting data research and maintaining its accuracy. Ensuring that all data, particularly those related to leads and ongoing transactions, is organized clearly and is easily accessible.Pipeline Management:Managing the business pipeline using our company's CRM and setting appointments between prospects and management.Client Interaction:Communicating effectively with clients, explaining the goals and objectives of our company and answering ad hoc questions throughout the process.Property Research:Performing research on subject properties using tools provided by our company, including research around outstanding mortgages, liens, tax-related items, outstanding judgments, etc.KPI Management:Reporting and managing KPIs as outlined by our management.Meetings & Training Participation:Attending daily company meetings and training sessions. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end sales from lead generation to closing the deal.Excellent written and spoken English skills.Previous sales experience.Ability to handle prospect objections in real-time and articulate the value-add of our company.Capacity to integrate and adapt to our company's culture.High level of organization and multitasking skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in real estate, wholesaling experience is a significant bonus.Familiarity with tools like Podio (CRM), Call Tools (BatchDialer), and LaunchControl (mass texter).
