Job Description

Oversee work of direct report engineers engaged in quality assurance validation.

Trains competent and flexible workforce to meet project needs and promote positive work environment.

Prepares Bidding Documents (Financial and Technical Proposals) for Private and Government Projects.

Prepares Progress Billings for Government projects.

Negotiates with clients and third parties involved in the project to address issues and concerns on site.

Participates in site visits and interfaced with project management team to prepare engineering submittals and work plans

Schedules and facilitates meetings between project stakeholders to discuss deliverables, schedules and conflicts.

Oversees quality assurance management and offered suggested recommendations.
