•Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any business-related course•Has at least minimum of two (2) years' work experience in Logistics and Forwarding Sales.•Strong analytical, communication, problem solving and selling skills•With confidence and is able to communicate effectively with clients•Strong written and presentation skills in English and able to write very impressive proposals and sales reports•Excellent team working and leadership skills•With excellent knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint•Goal oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent organization skills and ability to multi tasks.•Ability to provide value added business solutions and alternatives.•Resourceful, flexible, able to handle competing priorities and able to fit into an international dynamic and multi-cultural environment•Customer and results orientedDuties and ResponsibilitiesTo develop new accounts, to turn sales leads into actual sales. To work hand in hand with Citadel operations and finance to ensure that the company complies with processing rules, protects customers, and is protected financially. Build strong pool of local and international partners (i.e. shipping lines and NVOCCs)Plan, work out, and execute sales/bookings according to policy and with support of management. Build customer loyalty and maintain existing client base through sales visits, calls, and constant client communication.Develop loyalty and optimize the existing customer portfolio.Be responsible for the external and internal development of the assigned accountsConstant effort to develop new customers and grow relationships with existing customers. Sell all logistics solutions services when appropriate (Ocean Freight, Forwarding, hub and Clearance) and according to Citadel's capabilities and the clients' needs Recommend the appropriate transport offer to customers/prospects based on their needs and requirements and propose alternative solutions if neededFollow strictly all standard operating procedures related to offers / quotations. All offers/quotations need management approval prior to offer to clients.
