Position Overview RecruitGo is looking for looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales and Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role combines sales responsibilities with essential administrative and executive support tasks, ensuring smooth operations and driving sales success. You will be instrumental in managing client relationships, conducting competitor analysis, and providing comprehensive support to our executive team. Responsibilities: Sales Admin Tasks: Ensures Hubspot is Cleaned up including timely completion of Hubspot tasks by all team members Various Daily Sales admin tasks : Petty cash management, task management, Reimbursement Management, Invoice management, Drafting of Service Agreements, MoMs and other tasks Assist in Competitor analysis and other Service Researches Assist in Supplier Search Other Sales Admin tasks deemed necessary by the Head of Sales. Executive Support/EA Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations as needed. Must be on call and ready with communications from the Chief Operating Officer. Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal employees, screening and directing inquiries and requests to the appropriate parties. Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters and responding on behalf of the executive as necessary. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are in place and attendees are informed. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. Document Management: Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential information, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist with document preparation, editing, formatting, and distribution as required.(When necessary only) Project Assistance: Support executive team members in managing various projects and initiatives, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. Conduct research, gather data, and compile reports or presentations to support decision-making and strategic Planning. Must work in flexible hours. Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality at all times. Adhere to ethical standards and company policies regarding data protection, privacy, and confidentiality. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive team professionally and courteously. Collaborate with colleagues and departments across the organization to facilitate seamless communication and coordination. Continuous Improvement (Supplementary only): Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance workflow and productivity. Seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement to support ongoing growth and effectiveness in the role. Other tasks assigned.
