Job description
To provide the necessary support to the sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of
reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation
and information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Gather information and fill in the statement of work template with appropriate details
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Assist finance department with client payments and invoices
• Ensure data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Develop monthly sales reports
• Communicate feedback from customers to Sales Manager
• Process expense report on a regular basis
• Proficient with MS Office application such as: MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience in Google Sheet is a plus

Job Requirements:
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or BS Education Major in Mathematics
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office and other systems or applications.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales support agent
• with Sales Administrator or Executive Assistant experience
• Excellent computer skills in CRM, Excel and other MS Applications
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Knowledgeable on Sales is an advantage
• Attention to detail
• At least 50 words per minute (typing)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
