Responsibilities 1. Ensures achievement of Territory sales targets in his Region or Regions
2. Manages sales planning, bookings and forecasting for his assigned sales territory
3. Distribution and Customer Management
4. Organizes development and implementation of an effective distribution set up for his Sales Territory
5. Assist in the development and performance evaluation of customers for segmentation as to (Partners, Potentials, Transactionals/Dependents)
6. Directly manage Potential Distributor segments in terms of sales bookings and receivables
7. Directly manage Preferred Retailers segments in terms of alignment programs and sell out from Distributors
8. Oversee efficient implementation and monitoring of lined up field activities for SA and JSA's
9. Training and coaching of FES under distributors in terms of Agronomy and  Sales competence 
10. Direct involvement, monitoring, implementation of New Business Model initiatives

Additional Information Profile College graduate with BS Agriculture related or knowledge in Agriculture Experience in account handling and management Basic technical knowledge on crops in terms of pesticide and fertilizer mgt Good leadership and communication skills Have public speaking skills Willing to collaborate and learn Basic excel and ppt presentation skills A skilled driver with a valid driver's license Contact details Apply no later than April 5, 2024
