Responsibilities and Qualifications
• Open to candidates who are graduate and undergraduate of college
• 2 years BPO experience (voice account)
• Will handle costumer inquiries, complains, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Execute daily phone calls/emails on product/service sales.
