Sales Agent (Base Plus Commissions)

We are looking for motivated individuals to become part of our team as Sales Agents. If you possess a background in sales, have a strong sales-driven mindset, and excel in communication, we are interested in you!

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales is a must
- Good selling, and communication skills
- Capability to establish rapport with customers and deliver exceptional service
- Proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving goals.

Responsibilities:
- Engage in sales activities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while providing a professional and efficient experience to clients.

Compensation:
- Base Salary: ?17,000
- Generous commission structure

Work Schedule:
- 6 days a week (rotation includes Saturdays and Sundays)

Shifts:
- Morning/Afternoon: 9-hour shifts (including 1-hour break)
- Night: 8-hour shift (4 PM–12 AM)
