Salary: 28,000 - 35,000 PHP a month
Supports Designated Sales Representatives Processes and verifies the accuracy of orders within 1 hour of receipt Works collaboratively with other internal departments to process customer quotes, mockups and samples Responsible for answering 15-20 incoming calls per day Manages and maintains high volume email, phones, and production queues Provides efficient and timely responses to customer inquiries Understands all iClick product lines, production processes, and timelines and communicates this information accurately and effectively to customers Reports directly to the Sales Administration Manager Positive attitude and ability to provide exceptional customer service Personal commitment to quality, effective time management, and attention to detail Excellent oral and written communication skills 1-2 yrs administrative experience (preferred but not required) in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Knowledge of Google Business Products (G-Mail, Google Docs), Cloud Storage systems (Box.net), Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems Promotional Product Industry experience is a plus
